Easiest and most preferred method!
(credit card, check or purchase order accepted)

Make your reservations online through the chapter's store.
Note: You can make your reservations online even if you are paying by check or purchase order. Just select the appropriate payment method during the checkout process. An invoice will be emailed to you. Just print it out and send it along with the payment to the address indicated on the invoice.

 

2. EMAIL

(credit card payments only)

Download and fill out the RSVP Form . Then email your reservation request to Cherie Housley at chousley@ohiovalleyemmy.org.

 

3. PHONE
